Shipping Policy

At KönigChef Ltd., we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 1:00 pm may be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods such as Black Friday, Prime Day, Christmas and other promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

If you are located outside the UK and wish to purchase our products, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any qualifying conditions will be displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Where available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your tracking information within three business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Delays

Although we work closely with our delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Industrial action
  • High seasonal demand
  • Carrier network disruptions
  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

We appreciate your patience should any unexpected delays occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered during checkout is accurate.

If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to amend the order once it has been dispatched. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us and requires reshipping.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the delivery carrier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged item

This helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

Multiple Shipments

Where an order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be dispatched separately depending on stock availability.

There will be no additional shipping charge for split deliveries.
