At KönigChef Ltd., we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely and efficiently.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 1:00 pm may be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods such as Black Friday, Prime Day, Christmas and other promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
If you are located outside the UK and wish to purchase our products, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any qualifying conditions will be displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Where available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received your tracking information within three business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery Delays
Although we work closely with our delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Industrial action
- High seasonal demand
- Carrier network disruptions
- Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
We appreciate your patience should any unexpected delays occur.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered during checkout is accurate.
If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to amend the order once it has been dispatched. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us and requires reshipping.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the delivery carrier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the damaged item
This helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
Multiple Shipments
Where an order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be dispatched separately depending on stock availability.
There will be no additional shipping charge for split deliveries.

Returns Details
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@konigchef.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SAFE NON-STICK COATING

PFAS, PFOA, PFOS, PTFE and PAH are the chemical compounds found in many non-stick coatings that have raised health concerns in recent years. The KönigChef XXL baskets contain none of them. The non-stick coating is completely food-safe — so whether you're cooking for yourself or your family, you're never compromising on what ends up on the plate.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a side-by-side dual air fryer?
The KönigChef uses a vertical stacked design — two drawers on top of each other rather than side by side. You get the same 12.4L total capacity in roughly half the worktop footprint of a conventional dual fryer. It also means a single unified control panel rather than two separate displays.
Can I cook two different things at different temperatures at the same time?
Yes. Using the Sync function, each drawer operates independently with its own temperature and timer settings. Hit Sync and both drawers will finish at the same time even if they started at different points — so your chicken and your chips are always ready together.
Is it easy to clean?
The cool-touch exterior means you can wipe it down safely straight after use without waiting for it to cool. The non-stick coating also means food residue doesn’t cling.
How much oil do I actually need?
For most dishes, just one teaspoon. FryForce 360° technology circulates hot air so efficiently that oil is barely needed — and the results are genuinely crispy, not soggy. You can use none at all for some foods.
